Who can get same day services?
We know getting your order fast is why you're here. Our same-day printing service is available to anyone that submits a print-ready file BEFORE 12:00 noon (ET).
What is a print-ready file?
To ensure the best quality for your order, we require the artwork files to be uploaded in JPEG or PDF formats to ensure a proper printing process. If you submit your file in a different format, even when meeting the 12:00 noon (ET) cut-off time, we may need to reach out asking you to re-submit the file in the correct format which would delay the printing process and automatically moved to the next business day.
Does it cost more to print same day?
We do not charge any additional cost for a same day printing service if it is submitted before 12:00 noon (ET). However, if you need it delivered that same day, the shipping cost will increase depending on the delivery location and will be determined with our carrier provider costs.
